What is Elsk Kolding?

Elsk Kolding is a movement with a diaconal vision to engage people in Kolding in showing love to the people around us based on the values of kindness, helpfulness and hospitality – regardless of income, place of residence, age, skin colour, religion and education.

Who?

Love Kolding is carried by Kolding Valgmenighed, which is a free and different folk church in Kolding, where the congregation's vision is to love God, each other and Kolding. See more at www.koldingvalgmenighed.dk . From 2024, the congregation wants to put special focus on the last part of the vision; to love Kolding (in the broadest sense) - with the Love Kolding project as the main element.

The name and logo are inspired by the network elskdanmark.dk and by projects about goth in the IMI church, Stavanger, Norway.
